SIMULATION

Especially with highly complex processes with time critical elements, statistical calculation trials only provide inadequate results. Therefore we use dynamic simulation for internal planning activity support. We offer to carry out simulation experiments for manufacturers and operators of material flow systems.

Classical areas of application are:
  • Performance determination of complex material flow systems as well as the bottle neck analysis in such systems
  • Checking of control strategies in material flow systems (e.g. automatic transport systems)
  • Determination of effects of modified production control strategies (order sequence, lot sizes, dispatching time points) on a production system and its delivery capability

  • Optimal design of KANBAN control loops as combination of dimensioning and feasibility study

Basically with our tools we can simulate with our tools all time discrete flow systems. Our experts are not pure "simulators", rather they have both feet on the ground. Often the support goes beyond pure simulation.
